You don't need to travel far for a relaxing yoga retreat in nature. This immersive experience takes you into nature for half a day of yoga, meditation and mindfulness. You are invited to leave your everyday life behind and dive deeply into a soothing connection with yourself and the nature around you.
This retreat is designed to help you you to shift from the fast-paced energy of the city to the peace and tranquility found in nature, from the thinking mind to the feeling body.
An extensive practice of yoga + meditation is time well spent as it is time you are taking for yourself. Time to feel yourself, to listen to yourself, to connect to yourself. Practicing yoga + meditation outside, directly in touch with and immersed in nature, is a very special experience. The practice gains a certain quality and becomes a particular experiental moment.
You can expect a well-balanced program from quiet yoga styles (Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra), several meditation & mindfulness excercises. Moreover, we will also be artistic and there will be room for exchange and connection in the group.
What to bring
Please bring everything you need for your yoga practice: yoga-mat, a blanket, esp. if you tend to be freezing, a bolster for the yin yoga practice and everything else you will need to feel comfortable.
Weather
Please dress according to weather.
Snacks & Drinks
There will be tea and snacks. But you are free to bring along anything else you might be wanting.
